Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, comments, and records of payments. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your name and email. If you pay online, our payment processor (PayBright) collects card details. We do not store full card numbers on this website. We may store last four digits, brand, and expiry with the paid order.

The site also collects limited technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address, which helps us run and secure the website.

How we use information

We use your information to take and fulfill orders, schedule appointments and pickup, send receipts, process payments, answer questions, keep business records, and improve the website. We may contact you by phone, email, or text about an order you placed.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting — and only as needed for those purposes, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics instance to count visits, popular pages, devices, and referrers. It is cookieless, and those stats stay on our server. We also use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the shopping cart working. We do not use those cookies to sell advertising.

Retention

We keep customer, order, and billing records as long as needed to complete orders, handle returns, meet tax and accounting rules, and resolve disputes.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your contact information, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You can also opt out of marketing messages. Transactional messages about orders and invoices may still be sent.
