Masek Kitchen LLC (“we,” “us”), doing business as Masek Kitchen. By using the site or paying at checkout, you agree to these terms.

The kitchen

We sell seasoning blends. Jar photos and ingredient lists are added when they are confirmed.

Orders

Product listings, photos, and prices on this website are an invitation to order. An order is accepted when payment is received at checkout, or when we confirm it by phone or email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or priced in error.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Seasonings are $5 each, or $12 for any 3.

Payment may be collected by phone or our payment processor (including PayBright). Paying at checkout authorizes the charge shown in your cart. Failed payment means the order is not placed.

Shipping

Orders ship by USPS. There is no pickup. You pay shipping when the order total is under $60. That total is what you pay after the 3 for $12 price. We pay shipping when that total is $60 or more. Risk of loss passes when we hand the goods to USPS.

Food

Seasoning is a food product. Follow the recipe steps and your own judgment when you cook.

Returns and refunds

Opened food is not returnable. Unopened merchandise in original condition may be considered for return if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion for items that arrive damaged or that we shipped in error.

Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to access admin or payment systems without authorization, or copy product photos or text for commercial use without permission. Content on the site is provided for information and shopping and is not professional medical or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
